Why is my Verizon Cloud contact information different than my contacts in my Verizonwireless.com cloud?
I want to clean up my contacts, which are a mess. I would like to restore from backups.
When I cleaned up my Cloud contacts via verizonwireless.com, that contact information is not the same as what shows up in the Verizon cloud app on my phone. I have 39 in my cleaned up online account and over 160 in my app.
Why is this?
Having your Cloud sync with your current updates is always important, RAMBEE38. We certainly do not wish to have you repeating those efforts. After making the changes via the website, did you go to the app and select the SYNC option so that the app could sync with the website? How long has it been since the changes were made via the website?
