I downloaded app on my yes, old iPhone 5 to backup my stuff before my new 7 arrives this week.  I get through set up and on the "enter a valid email screen" it always says "Sorry, Something went wrong. Please Try Again".  Ive lost count of how many times now.  What is going on?

KDEGEN7156, We want to help make sure your personal information is transferred perfectly for you. Are you entering your full email address or your iCloud email account? Have you ever backed your phone up using iCloud? Are you connected to WiFi? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application?
