Verizon Cloud data inaccessible from PC

For last many days, cannot access the verizon cloud via pc. Once you login to verizon account, go to cloud, it just goes to main page. Cloud Data/ App is visibile on phone. Also called VZ wireless, agent understood the issue, no answer...
