Verizon employee deleted my Cloud on accident while upgrading my husband to a new phone.  19, 519 pictures and 3,400 videos gone.  I am beyond devastated.  Please help me get them back!!!!

ChristyJOy - In the Cloud App there is a 'Help - Send Feedback' section that will allow you to open a ticket to Cloud Tech Support directly, after which they will review your information and email you back. That is a team that can locate, hold, and restore archived cloud data directly. Please do this soon as you can as archived data is on an expiration timer.

We don't want you to lose all those memories and we're here to make sure we're doing everything we can to help recover them. Please be on the lookout for a Private Message so we can assist.

I have worked with four different people. None of them were able to really get anywhere or they would tell me they're going to send me confirmation emails that things were being worked on but I never received anything.  However yesterday, I spoke with someone in tech and he was very helpful.  He was not able to fix things but did put a ticket in and I got a confirmation of the ticket. I'm just hoping that things that are archived don't get deleted before this problem is resolved.

Nothing has been solved as of yet. I'll keep people updated.

Wow, an actual Verizon employee posting under their own username instead of the generic customer support account!  Verizon needs more people like you, Jason, and thanks for the post. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

I believe that particular employee was tasked with assisting with questions about Verizon Cloud issues.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Ann154 - Actually I'm here by choice. the Verizon Cloud is my primary App here at VZ and I requested to be a part of the Cloud Community Board to address issues on a more pro-active basis - as opposed to waiting for them to become tickets, negative reviews, or blossom into wide-spread problems.

Verizon definitely needs more people like you.

Hopefully the OP did get their cloud data restored.

Off topic I know, but if Verizon were to use at least some of the money they're getting from recent price hikes to hire more US-based customer support where the people are directly employed by Verizon, that would be money well spent.
