I ant get VerizonCloud working on my iPhone. I can log into my Verizon app just fine, but cloud app sYs"Sorry, We don't recognize you". Tried deleting the app, restarting the phone, changing user ID, updating pasword. Still same message. Help!

Help is here Dwood95503. Let's get your identity confirmed and have Verizon cloud recognize you. When was the last time you tried logging into the Verizon cloud? Is the account provisioned with the cloud feature http://vz.to/1D4t2D8 ? Are you able to access the cloud through a PC http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-cloud-faqs/ ?
