***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Verizon Cloud doesn't "recognize" me

I ant get VerizonCloud working on my iPhone.  I can log into my Verizon app just fine, but cloud app sYs"Sorry, We don't recognize you". Tried deleting the app, restarting the phone, changing user ID, updating pasword. Still same message.  Help!

Help is here Dwood95503. Let's get your identity confirmed and have Verizon cloud recognize you. When was the last time you tried logging into the Verizon cloud? Is the account provisioned with the cloud  feature http://vz.to/1D4t2D8 ? Are you able to access the cloud through a PC http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-cloud-faqs/ ?

Fixed. It wasn't enabled in my account.
