Verizon Cloud has now been down a month

Ridiculous and unacceptable.

Support said that Cloud would be back up on

- February 6

- February 16

- February 23

and now they have pushed it back out to February 27.

Still not up.

As soon as I get my data, I'm ditching Verizon.

Been a customer since 1999.

Verizon is literally THE worst company I have ever done business with.

They have done everything they can to force lifetime customers from supporting them.
