First off, I have the free version. Just try managing files on their website. You can only delete a small number of files at a time. If you are trying to make room and get rid of large quantities of files...forget it. It often wont let you even scroll down past 8-12 photos before returning to the top of the page. I have called numerous times over the YEARS to complain. Always being told that they cannot figure it out and will have someone contact me regarding the issue. NEVER have they called me back regarding the issue..not once! And they would expect me to PAY for more storage when I cannot even manage what I have???? I like Verizon, Have been with them for probably 20 years, but in their cloud storage..it is a big FAIL.

We always want to see you have the best experience with our products and services. Have you tried using the site with different browsers? Does the performance change when you reset the temporary internet files of your current browser before using the site?

Why not use a different cloud storage, such as those provided by Google or Microsoft (and they aren't tied to a specific carrier)?

This does greatly depend on the connection speed of your ISP and the PC/Laptop's hardware. The actions will behave much differently if you have a 260mbps connection and fast machine, or an 87mbps line and a slower machine. You can open the app itself, long-press on an item and drag your finger to multi-select, then delete. You can keep using your device for other actions while the server processes the request behind the scenes.

My connection has nothing to do with it...I have called tech support on three different occasions over the years and they all told me it is a known issue and they are working on it. I would NEVER pay extra for this service from Verizon. I try to manage it from my computer , but when I can only delete.. at the very max...on a good day.. 16 photos at a time...well forget it...
I like Verizon and have been with them for many years, however, for being one of the more pricier options, you think they would have a more user friendly and less buggy cloud system by now.

mark126, We know the importance of being able to manage our Verizon Cloud service to your preference. The good news is that our customers are able to give feedback on how to improve the features they try. This feedback helps determine which features we add to the Verizon Cloud app first, as well as how those features will work when fully launched. You can do so by accessing the Verizon Cloud application and going to Menu > Get Help > Send Feedback.
