I have called several times and get bogus answers from customer service. I have been told it would be resolved "in a few days", four times! I called again yesterday, and again escalated the concern. The rep kept repeating "the Cloud issues would be resolved soon". I pressed for more details but got the same answer. I am assured my data is secure but I no longer have any confidence in Verizon.
Why is it Verizon has not put out an announcement, including updates, to its customers? More importantly, why is it taking so long to resolve this issue?

I personally rely on my Cloud back up every day. I wouldn't be happy if it's still not working. This has been happening for too long. Simple answer:
Verizon does not care.
Cloud has been down for me since January.
How is a server down for 6 months?

Six months is a long time for anything to be not working, yotarolla73. We definitely want to revisit this issue and find a resolution. So we can best assist, please respond to the private message I have sent you.
