When I open My Verison Cloud App it says
“As you requested, access to your Verizon Cloud media
storage was removed.
Please contact Customer Service if you would like to
restore your previously
backed up photos, videos, music and documents.”
I don’t have any previously backed up photos, videos, music
and documents but I want it to back up photos, videos, and documents.
It will only back up contacts.
It will not let me select anything else to back up
no photos, videos, music or documents.
I have called every couple of days since this date of your post and I never get a straight answer as to why this is happening. I have also realized through others it's not everyone. There is no answer as to when it is expected to be resolved either... Really making me question my service provider choice going forward.
