Verizon Cloud "UNLIMITED" Max upload OVERALL?

Just spoke to an agent and the poor fella tried to answer my question and just was not getting any support getting in answered so I thought that I'd try here.

Q: What is the maximum overall storage in TB's that you can store in Unlimited Cloud Storage?

I know that the maximum file size is 10GB so to reword:

Q (Reworded): How many 10GB files can I send to Unlimited Verizon Cloud Storage before it tells me that storage is full?

I'm thinking that I could easily send 25TB in a few weeks. That's 2,500 - 10GB files.

2TB would be 200 - 10GB files.

Hope someone can answer...

T00NS, the $19.99 monthly option does allow for unlimited storage on Verizon Cloud with storing of supported files such as contacts, photos, videos, documents, music, texts, and call logs. The cloud and its contents can be accessed on your phone, tablet, and computer. Data usage limits of any plan you may have will apply when accessing content. We would be happy to help with your questions regarding your Verizon Cloud. The Verizon Cloud unlimited is just unlimited. It doesn't have a max storage size since it's unlimited.

So to be clear: I have over:

12 TB of music

350TB of videos

About 3 TB of photos

These can ALL be uploaded to the cloud at $19.99 a month? And I can still upload more?

But at $14.99 a month I can only upload 2 TB and that's it?

You see my skepticism, right?

I understand that 10GB file is the max file size.

I ask because the best service I have found so far is 16TB at $35 a month and you are offering UNLIMITED?

I believe unlimited is unlimited. Put in other words, no caps, no limitation in size, etc. etc.

T00NS, I completely understand how you feel when it comes to the storage space you need for your content. Have you been able to see any plans you were interested?

Instead of harassing CS for something people don't really call in for, use a personal cloud instead.

Regardless of how much it can hold, memories people treasure should never be trusted outside personal storage anyway.

Thank you senior member for basically tell me to "buzz off, its none of your business".

I promise you I'll pursue this until I get a final answer. And if they want my $20 extra a month. It better be a great service.

The last known UNLIMITED was AT&T's Data Plan and that was what?.. 5-10 years ago?

Verizon's Unlimited Data Plan (note the word UNLIMITED) was a 22GB plan that was then throttled down to 2G speeds because... who needs that big of a plan with 6 phones on it, am I right?

Now it's a " (paraphrasing... badly) More Than I Could Ever Fathom UNLIMITED" plan and that's 50GB and not only can you be throttled but HOW you use it can ban you from its usage.

I don't need to be barred from what I pay for, so I want the facts up front and have the i's dotted and the t's crossed. You think I'm wasting their time SENIOR MEMBER? Your opinion. I appreciate the opinion but I choose to ignore it and more on.

CSR's: I'm still waiting for an answer.

Q1: If I have almost half a PB (PetaByte = 1,000 TB) or 500TB worth of data that I am wish to send and use via accessing off the Verizon cloud, will you store it all?

There does seem to be some hope of this being an actual TRULY UNLIMITED SERVICE.

BackBlaze, a cloud service offer to store ALL of your information NO LIMITS, PERIOD. For $60 a year or $6 a month and they'll even send you 8 TB hard drives to save clogging up your internet traffic (The drives are a $189.00 deposit but you get the deposit back when you return it). That's huge. So for $19.99 a month vs. $6.00? I hope its more than just storage. The downfall? You cant stream from them. This where I hope Verizon comes in. I hope we can stream from it as well. So here is something to add to it.....

Q2: Can you stream the music and video that we place in storage?

Thank you ALL for your input. I hope this will be answered accurately soon.

Thanks Josh. Are you implying that only Mobile Data rates can be used to access files? Will Wi-Fi usage not be permitted?
