Verizon Cloud webpage won't let me upload anything at all. Clocks forever. Says "exceeds limits". BUT I HAVE NOTHING IN IT EXCEPT CONTACTS. 5GB included in account. Worked fine until last Friday. I go to the Verizon Cloud webpage on my laptop. After waiting about 5 minutes for it to come up, I go to Documents. Then Upload. Then Drop Files Here. Won't work. Totally useless.

I believe I'm using Windows 7. Google Chrome browser, also tried Internet Explorer. I see there are multiple threads about Cloud not working. Last time it worked for me was January 24. Kind of ridiculous this isn't fixed yet? Who runs your IT department?
