Why has Verizon Cloud been down for two months now?? I call customer service every week and all I get is another "estimated" working date. What extremly horrible customer service you have regarding this issue. No one will tell me anything besides its a server issue. Is my stuff gone forever?? Grade F on handling this issue! Will serously consider going to another provider after this....
