When backing up photos to verizon cloud, settings set at wifi only, night only, does the phone have to be powered on in order for the backup to occur. I am trying to troubleshoot why all photos on my phone are not in the cloud.

mtfazz, we certainly understand the importance of backing up your photos. We always want you to be able to back up those precious memories. In order for the backup to occur the phone would need to be powered on. Is your phone powered off during this time and that could be the reason why the pictures are not backing up?
