I can’t back up new content to Verizon cloud
What error message are you getting or what is happening? Are you using the Verizon Cloud app? What is your Cloud Current Plan?

What content in particular are you having issues with backing up to Verizon Cloud? jav6 had a great question as well in asking what error message (if any) are you encountering when trying to back up your content? Is the operating system on your iPhone and the Verizon Cloud app up to date?
