Anyone else ,,, received a message saying thanks for adding protection plan on my device. Message stated if I was not the one that added it to call the number included in the message. I called the number, explained i had not requested it , was told , I must have done it by accident because no Verizon employee can get it my account. After her reviewing my account she sent me 3 different summary's of service , twice what I was paying, when questioned , she got very angered and instead of removing the protection plan , she closed my Cloud service and Deleted everything in it except my contacts. Hours on the phone with Verizon and they can not restore it.

All this was done on Wed , the 31st of Jan . I have been in touch with Verizon ,but everything is
gone
