I have been trying to restore items from my Verizon Cloud for several hours and it's has been reading "scanning cloud" for at least 4 hours. It never connects, even though my internet connection is excellent. I'm using the Samsung Note 4.

I'm following the process correctly. After I click tool and select restore content it stops progressing. I do not get any further than the "scanning cloud" message. I am trying to restore call logs, messages, videos, contacts, documents, songs, and pictures.
My sister walked me through the content transfer process. The Note 4 had not been updated so the option wasn't present
