I transferred my contents from a Motorola Droid Tubo to a Google Pixel phone and now I can't seem to access the Verizon Cloud on the Verizon Website. I also had a boatload of text messages saved and on the Verizon Website, where it says send a message, there's nothing there and I didn't delete anything. On the phone it says it's backed up yet all I get is an opps something went wrong on the webstie.
Try using a different browser to log in to your MyVerizon account. Or clear cache and cookies and try the same browser again.
Did you change your password or anything for the Verizon account on line or on the new phone?
