I downloaded Verizon backup assistant like instructuons state to restore contacts and am getting an app error that says network connection issue. Almost all reviews state the same issue. Why has this not been resolved and how can I restore my contacts?!
It is important that you are able to take full advantage of Verizon Backup Assistant, Brekkep. What make and model of device are you using? Are you connected to Wi-Fi or the 4G network when you are trying to use Backup Assistant? Do you have previously backed up contacts available to restore?
