I want warn everyone that a Verizon chat person sent to a site for Just Answer that is a scam! I had questions about the Verizon cloud and when I went there they had me register. That should have been a red flag but, I wanted to know so kept going. It cost me $46 because their "trial period" was very short. My bad! Am complaining everywhere I can think of. Don't go to Just Answer!

I'm not familiar with Just Answer. Were you logged in to My Verizon when you were Chatting with us? How long was your Verizon Cloud active? Please elaborate to better assist you.
I don't even remember doing anything, but I discovered my credit card had been billed for $60.00 by JustAnswer. Probably will need to get my card changed. Whoever JustAnswer is, they have my card number.
