Verizon cloud major system issues for at least the last 2 weeks. when will this be fixed?

A rep stated "There is currently a system issue with the cloud service. I can assure it has not been removed. However there is a quite large repair happening to correct that concern. It is quite a large concern with no ETA as of yet. But the aim is early this week."

I can't access the Cloud webpage at all from a laptop. I hope someone is really working on it.
