I have contacts that are duplicated. Some have as many as 15 duplicates whikle some are just single entries. Every Verizon tech has said go to the cloud and erase the duplicates!
I have done that now after 2 hours of work.
What I am afraid of if I backup my contact list from my phone it will put all the duplicates back in the cloud!
Any thoughts?

Hello Herb. Duplicate contacts can be most annoying. My apologies for this trouble you're experiencing. Let's drill down and review this further. Duplicate contacts can come a few different ways. If you have multiple sources for contacts such as email, Facebook, Twitter, Backup Assistant, etc...these can all backup to your Verizon Cloud, making duplicate contacts.
