My verizon cloud app won't load and gives Mr error code 11. I've called verizon,Verizon, the cache,restarted device etc... no luck. Cannot delete the app or install a new instance. Can anyone help. I would like to take advantage of this feature

My dad has an orbic bte-1400 and is getting the same message. His old phone was destroyed, so he has no access to his contacts as of now. Please help!

Being able to fully view your dad's contacts is always our goal. I know how important it is and we're glad to help get to the bottom of this. What is the full message he gets when he tries to view this? Is he able to use the rest of his My Verizon online account?
