Verizon deleted all of my cloud pictures and videos!!!!!!!!

Verizon deleted all of my cloud pictures and videos from 2007 through 2014. I paid for these services every month and they were deleted for no reason and with no warning. I’ve been on the phone every week with their call center in India for the last month (Sept 2023) and get nothing but lied to. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. It is unbelievable that Verizon can get away with this and have no consequences or accountability.

This exact same thing happened to me two nights ago!  Have you been able to get anywhere with a resolution yet?

If it happened to you 2 nights ago, you should be able to get yours back. I think you have 30 days. Mine have been gone a few months. I’ve been calling the call center, which sends my call to India, every week for the past month or so. They give me a line of bu11  every time and my case is going nowhere. I don’t think there is any intent for them to fix it. They just lie and lie and lie.
