Can text messages that have been backed up to the cloud be viewed on the Verizon website? Where on the site?
How you view backed up messages depends on the app used to back them up. If you are using Verizon Messages+ and have a backup file, it needs to be opened from within the Messages+ app and messages restored from the backup in order to read them.
If you are using another app, tell us what it is and someone who uses that app may be able to help you.
That is an excellent question, Hollins. Just as SuzyQ said, you would have to restore the message to a device in order to see the content. What kind of phone do you have? What application are you using?
