Website functioning is the worst for me...why?

Does anyone else have trouble when they want to access the cloud, delete or upload photos? The site crashes all the time for me, no matter what computer I use, or what network...it is often unable to delete my photos and after it starts to upload them, the site crashes. I wanted to talk to a real person about it, but due to network traffic, i have been unable.

Oh no! That is definitely not the experience that we strive to provide. I know that it's vital to be able to manage your Cloud content flawlessly. How long has this been happening? Does this only happen when you are managing your Cloud content or does this happen with every function on our website?

Have you considered using a different cloud backup service, like Google or Microsoft?
