When I try to back up my contacts to The Cloud, I get an error message that says "Subscription cannot be confirmed at this time." Any ideas? I have 300 contacts, but only 191 back up.

The Verizon Cloud is one of my favorite back up applications. I wouldn't be able to function without it working properly. I'll be happy to help. When did this start happening? What make and model is your device?
