When I try to back up my contacts, I get an error message that says "Subscription cannot be confirmed at this time."

When I try to back up my contacts to The Cloud, I get an error message that says "Subscription cannot be confirmed at this time." Any ideas? I have 300 contacts, but only 191 back up.
