When will the Cloud be working?!?

For the past two days I have been unable to access my cloud. I need to get pictures off for a project. I called yesterday and they said they are doing maintenance and didn't know when it'd be back. I called again and they still had NO answer. Isn't the point of the cloud to access it at anytime? Does anyone have information of when it will be back?
