Where are my 40K+ backed up messages in the cloud????

Since the last update of the phone app (Android LG V20) I can't seem to see any of my contacts, calls, and messages. All show 0 on the phone.

There's no place in the web application on the computer to see any of the messages. I have 25GB of storage and I need to maintain ALL my messages.

Where are they??????
