I had an old phone last year and successfully synced all my contacts onto my new device through the Cloud. A few days ago, I lost that phone and suspended the service while waiting for a replacement. I am now trying to transfer everything over to my replacement device. I went to the Cloud, and all my contacts are gone! They were there, and my old (lost) phone was set up to backup on a schedule. Help!!!
