Where did all my old photos go that are downloaded to vz media?  Cloud was full,  but still said saved.   NOT

Verizon Cloud is a great way to keep and share content, so let's check that out. Are you able to view what is in your cloud via computer (sign into VZ Cloud here: Sign In​ )? If it is full, you may need to either move some content onto your computer, or get a larger storage space, but see if everything is in there first. Let us know how that goes, and we can move on from there.
