If it is because your free cloud service was removed when you didn't upgrade to the notice sent to you, then you have only 30-days to put a cloud service back on your account and have support restore the archived content. Please call support at 800-922-0204 immediately before they are lost forever. If it has been longer than 30 days, then the content is already deleted.
