Since there are no human beings available at Verizon, sort of going to a store, I am inquiring here:
I received the following Verizon Message, Serial number 900070001807, which states:
"Due to inactivity your Verizon Cloud account will be closed on June 29. All data will be lost. Visit Verizon Cloud to preserve your memories."
Exactly why would I lose my PAID subscription to Verizon Cloud? Why would Verizon delete my stored content?
Procedures for downloading the files stored in Verizon CLoud are very unclear. I have many gigabytes of data stored in Verizon Cloud. What's the point of using Verizon Cloud for storage and backup if you are going to delete the files because I have not actively view the storage contents?
