Why Do I Get A Problem When Opening My Verizon Cloud App?

When I open My Verison Cloud App it says

“As you requested, access to your Verizon Cloud media
storage was removed.

Please contact Customer Service if you would like to
restore your previously

backed up photos, videos, music and documents.”

How do I fix this problem?

Did you cancel your Verizon Cloud account?  As the app noted, have you tried contacting Customer Service (800-922-0204 or *611 from your cell phone) to restore your data?
