I received a message that my verizon cloud was going to disappear.  What do I do?

We always want you to know what to do, spookyalice. We are here to help. Many customers not using Verizon Cloud are receiving notification that their inactive Cloud will be closed. All you would need to do is sign into the Verizon Cloud app and perform a Backup to show our system that it is active. Have you already backed up using Cloud recently?
