I have a .csv file with about 180 contacts in it, but when I try to upload to My Contacts section of the cloud I get a message asking me "Are you sure you want to import 0 contacts?" What do I need to do to get the file to upload?
We want to make sure that we get your contacts backed up. I apologize for any difficulty but help is here.If you are trying to upload a CSV file, it will not accept that. If the contacts are within the device under contacts, you should be ok. Which is it? Please clarify.BobbyN_VZW

I got confused since the website says it will accept a .csv file, but I'm assuming it's probably just a matter of not having the same field names, etc. I've been using Google contacts instead so I think I'm okay for now
