Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Why am I seeing 3 flickering dots on my computer screen when trying to access My Cloud Media and Contacts

I never paid much attention to the Verizon Cloud option on my phone. I always backed up the pictures I wanted to my computer manually. Now I am getting a message that my Cloud storage is full. So I decided to try to access it and see exactly what is there. I figured it would be easier on my computer since I can see the large screen better. When attempting to access the My Cloud Media and Contacts, I only see three large dots in the middle of the screen that turn gray,black,gray, black over & over.....nothing happens. I have tried this on both Chrome & IE browsers. How can I see what is in the Cloud and delete whatever is up there that I don't want so I can start using it to back up my pictures which is all I am interested in?
