I can't delete photos on my Smsung Galaxy S4 from Cloud. When I try to do so, I get a message that the photos may already have been deleted by another device. When checked the community for a solution, it says the correct answer is to clear the Cloud cache in Appllication Manager. However, Cloud does not appear among the applications listed when I open the Application Manager. I'd appreciate some help with this.
