This sucks!!! I can't get into my Verizon Cloud account because someone else's email address is there instead of mine, and I'm supplosed to have their password!??!? How [Removed] did that happen?

We certainly want you to be able to log into your My Verizon Cloud app. Each mobile number is tied to an individual Cloud account. Are you trying to log in under another numbers profile?
