Why can't I log into Verizon cloud app?

It says my account is locked and to change my password on the website. I have done this twice, but still can't log in to the cloud app.

Verizon Cloud is a great app! If you need to change your password, you can go to My Verizon and follow the Forgot Password link to regain access. http://vz.to/1rGTRuw
