Why can't I see the information from one of our lines on Verizon Cloud?

Hi - I can find all my contacts, songs and pics when I log on to my verizon account ,but my wife's don't seem to be visible.
Her phone has Cloud on it and it says it is successfully backing up, but we cannot figure out where her stuff is backing up to because it's not visible on the account site.
Any pointers?

Each line has it's own log in.  Have you tried that?

Register your wife's line just as you did for your line for My Verizon online access. Once that is complete you will be able to navigate to her Verizon Cloud information.
