Why can't I view the videos I put on my cloud?

Some videos I have posted won't playback. Sometimes it says ," Can't play video" . If I'm paying for the service with Verizon and Cloud is part of the service offered then whatever I post to "my" cloud should be viewable by "me" the customer.

ARONA501 We want to make sure you are able to view your videos. Are you viewing these videos after posting them on a specific website? Are you trying to view them through the application or the website? When was the last time you were able to view videos through the cloud? After our last conversation I posted 2 separate videos to my cloud on my Droid phone. I opened my cloud app on my phone as I have done in the past. This time, both versions of my videos worked on play back.

I will try more later to see if this problem is completely fixed.

Never mind I found out what's wrong with playback.
