All of the sudden, I go to download photos from my cloud and I get a bit red circle with a line through it and a message that pops up that says "This Verizon feature is restricted in accordance with the Verizon Wireless Information Security Policy".
HUH? I was just able to create albums and download my photos to my computer drive merely minutes ago then all the sudden this! I'm staring at photos I can't even save! This is why I'm leaving Verizon as soon as I have the money to pay the ETF. Google Drive for saving files is SO much better.
Let's get this fixed asap! Are you able to view your pictures/video? Have you logged out, and back in? Please try a different browser, or a shutdown of your PC and try it again for me. Thanks for troubleshooting!
