I had Verizon cloud back up set every hour.
I needed to get rid of a LONG thread on my messages due to lagging. I'm not clear why I can't find that thread in cloud since it had been backed up?
I had deleted thread on my device and continued on with that contact.
help!

I'm sorry you can't find that message. Let's look into this together. Are you able to see other messages when accessing the Cloud? When did you delete the thread? Can you see other messages from this contact?

Good morning,
I deleted the thread Oct 3rd 2017, or a day before.
The thread was lagging my phone to where it would take about 15 seconds to
see a new text...and near that to send one to completion.
So, since my cloud downloads every hour I was sure it was all in cloud.
(I've seen the msgs for that thread before) now cloud only shows what I
*currently have on my device-Android HTC.
If cloud is my back up, why would it no longer show when deleting on my
phone only?
I believe cloud is so you can retrieve or see what you don't on your device
...?
Please help
Belinda

Bbsack, don't worry. We're on the case. Are you trying to view it from the mobile app or our website?
