Why do I keep getting a message about Verizon Cloud deactivating?

I keep receiving the following message:

FREE VZW MSG:

6/29 will be your last chance to keep you Verizon Cloud account active and save your content.  To preserve memories go.vzw.com/activatecloud

The message is coming from 90007000453.  When I attempt to try the online address, I receive an error message.

HELP!
