I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with Verizon Cloud. We need a little more information to determine what may be causing this. Are you trying to backup via iCloud or Verizon Cloud? Are you getting an error message when it crashes? Please provide some additional details, so we can work together to get it working once again.
