Called tech support, gave them all my info, zip, Galaxy S5, list ny cloud, lost my 4G, POOR to no internet connectivity, poor phone signal/quality, I've been with Verizon since @2006 and everything is not as good as it used to be and raising allot of questions for me now " Is this worth all this trouble going forward?
