Why have I not had access to my Verizon Cloud for over two months and it still is not working? I uploaded all of my data to the Cloud because I had to change phones. When I went to restore my data to my phone, it didn't work and still has not.
Because verizon doesn't care about you (or me, or us) as a customer.
Seriously, you posted this 4 days ago and not one verizon employee has responded.
Should give you a hint as to what they think about us.
