My Verizon Cloud settings are set to back up everything - contacts, videos, and photos. But for some reason, only contacts and photos are backing up. I would really like to back up videos so i can delete them form my phone and create more space. Any ideas on why they aren't backing up? This happens even when my phone is connected to wifi and fully charged and plugged in.
carbear783 - I love having the Verizon Cloud application on my device. I will be happy to help you and get your videos saved on the Verizon Cloud so that you can free up some space on your device. How much Cloud space do you have available? Please open the Verizon Cloud application and tap on the 3 red stacked up lines on the upper left hand side of the screen. Scroll down and tap on settings. You will be able to see the total space and available space you have, on the top of your screen..
