After downloading music, I thought that the music was supposed to automatically save to my cloud. This isn't happening. please help.

Being able to backup your music to the Cloud is certainly important. Are the music files MP3? Have you been able to backup music from your phone in the past?

Yes, they are all mp3 files. And, I do believe that some have been backed up in the past.
